March 2013
Wednesday 20th
Back in July 2011, as the bridge building got started,
a discovery was made behind the Harbour Office.
Buried in the ground were a pair of gates, believed
to be the Copperhouse Pool sluice gates from North Sluice.
They have now been taken out of storage, and were put on display
in the Gardens of King George V Memorial Walk in March 2013.
